 | Conduct repairs and maintenance work on the fleet
and attend breakdowns on and off site. |
 | Solved problems and achieve competent standards in
trade work to meet deadlines. |
 | Complete job cards and reporting records for repair
and maintenance work for each vehicle. |
 | Test all repairs and services to ensure standards
are met. |
 | Request/order parts and materials to allow the work
to be completed within the deadline. |
 | Ensure fleet presentation standards are maintained. |
 | Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety &
Health, Quality Assurance and Environmental policies, procedures and
relevant legislation. |
 | Contribute to the continual improvement in the
quality of maintenance services. |
 | Ensure the workshop is kept clean and safe and all
tools and equipment are well maintained and stored after use. |
 | Ensure positive communication between maintenance
staff and operations staff to achieve the effective maintenance of the
bus fleet. |
 | Participate in maintenance meetings to improve the
workshop effectiveness and efficiency. |
 | Wage Rates - AUS $22.00 to AUS $25.00 per hour

 | Working Week - Guaranteed 38 hour week
|
 | Overtime - Time and a half for all overtime
exception Sundays (double time) |
 | Shift penalties - Plus 15% is paid on work done
before 05.30am and after 19.00pm |
 | Annual Leave - 20 days per annum |
 | Sick Leave - 10 days per annum |
 | Superannuation - Company contributes to an employer
nominated fund for employees |
